What is ClassNivo?

ClassNivo is a coaching class management system for running branches, enquiries, admissions, student records, fees, expenses, attendance, exams, assignments, communication, reports and portals from one workspace.

Can I manage multiple branches or academic years?

Yes. ClassNivo is structured around institutes, branches, batches, courses and academic records so your team can separate current operations from historical data.

How many branches are included in each plan?

Starter, Launch and Growth are designed for one branch. Pro supports up to three branches. Enterprise supports unlimited or custom branch setup for larger coaching brands.

What happens when I reach my student limit?

The system blocks new student creation when your plan limit is reached. Super admin can upgrade your plan or adjust subscription limits before more students are added.

Can I create different courses with different fees?

Yes. You can use fee structures and batches to represent course combinations such as Maths only, Science only or combined course packages.

Can we track institute expenses and profit/loss?

Yes. ClassNivo includes expense headers, spending entries and yearly profit/loss reporting so owners can control avoidable expenses and understand institute profitability.

Does ClassNivo support online payments?

The platform includes fee records, receipts and payment workflows. Payment gateway configuration depends on your deployment and plan setup.

Can we cancel our account?

Yes. Institute admins can request cancellation from the Subscription page inside the app or contact support. The account remains active while the request is reviewed and confirmed.

Can parents and students login?

Yes. Student and parent portal access is designed for fees, attendance, exam results, assignments and communication visibility.

Who can manage subscription plans?

Only the super admin can create, update, deactivate or delete plans. Institutes can view their current plan and compare upgrade options.

How do we get support after registration?

Your team can use the support details on the Support page. Enterprise setups can include guided onboarding and custom plan review.
